[BFix] Explorer Accy on 351W

Joe,

I am in the process of installing a '95 California 5.8.  I've left the stock
'95 serp setup on. 

I am reconfiguring the radiator brackets to move the radiator about 3/4"
forward but I am not cutting the core support.  The stock hood latch should
still work.  

Just an FYI - this is an option for you if you want to leave the stock '94
front stuff on it...
