[BFix] bronco value question

Guys and Gals,
    I'm completely out of the loop regarding current Early Bronco prices.  
When I look at Craigslist, I see prices that I can't believe.  A guy I know 
has offered to sell me his 72 Sport Bronco.  The only rust I could find was 
under the passenger seat...about a 2" rust through near the back.  It looks 
like it has the original paint, which is faded but still good.  It has been 
cut and has a small maybe 2 1/2" lift.  Both doors open and close very 
smoothly.  All seats need to be recovered.  Anyone have an idea of how much 
I could QUICKLY sell this vehicle for?  I would have no problem bringing it 
to California if that would help.
