[BFix] Stretching the wheelbase

My doubler will be adding about a foot. (married 435/205). I'm not doing the short set-up with the 2wd tranny.My goal is to be able to use a stock bronco rear shaft if I don't go to bigger u-joints.

Stretch the wheelbase for whatever reason you'd like, but doing it because you're adding a doubler is just an excuse to extend your wheelbase. :) There's quite a few rigs out there running doublers without any issues caused by the shortened driveline-no need to. I've been doing it for 8 yrs now.
Send us pics of your new stretched Bronco as you go!

How far can I stretch the wheel base on my 72 bronco without it looking ridiculous? I'm going to add a doubler so I need to stretch the rear out as far as possible. I already moved it back 4". How much father can I go? Pics appreciated !
