[BFix] Matt lane pay up

 I have given you enough time to refund my money for the C-4 shifter that was not a C-4 shifter as advertised but a TH350 shifter.This has now gotten personal as you have $135.00 of my money.I have spent $62.70 @ Art Carr buying the correct C-4 pieces and the cable still wouldnt work so I sent the thing back to you at a additional cost of $ 21.77 so now I am out $ 84.77 and you have the shifter back and my money.Pay up.
