[BFix] centech help

I installed a centech harness over the last few months and I am going to try to work on it some tonight maybe. Anyway, my problem is that my blinkers flash constantly no matter if the hazard switch is on or off. I also installed a new ididit tilt column at the same time so it's compatible with the harness and is brand spankin new.

Anybody care to direct me in a good place to start lookin?
