Just like WD 40.Took 40 different trys to get it right but it works great.He He.It would have not been the same looking for WD-27 in the stores.

  The root problem here is the approach to the issue. You never learn from getting things right the first time. If you get it right the first time you may not even realize how many ways you could've gotten it wrong, and where is the value in that?

        Hmmm, good point. Maybe I'll take TS's suggestion and get some stainless. I only need a foot or so, just enough to stay low profile out of harms way, as the axle/diff/bulkhead get VERY close to the cross member when the suspension is compressed. Hey, a thought just occurred! I wonder if metric brake line fittings can be made to connect with the bulkhead? Have to look into that.

          Since you live in a MONSOON area,  :-)   I'd suggest you stay away from any metal lines to reduce condensation buildup. It won't be much, but it'll be a lot compared to nylon/plastic I'd think.

            Is there any reason I shouldn't run 3/16" steel brake line for part of the run on my ARB lines? To run it away from the diff to a convenient place for soft line? not positive how to mate it up, but I'm sure I could figure it out.
