Call a professional. Maybe the Dept of Wildlife or fish and game would trap and relocate them seeings as how they are wild animals. The only other thing I could suggest is watching the den until they all leave, then blocking it off. If it's covered and they can't get in, they will probably mosey down the road looking for new digs.

My father lives in a residential area with wooded area behind his house. He lives on just slightly over an acre of land. This morning he saw what he said were either foxes or coyotes. There was an adult which was about the size of a 6 month Labrador dog and 6 babies which are about the size of a large raccoon. When he went to look the mother ran away into the woods and the babies ran towards the back of his garage. When he went to look he found that there is a hole under the rear concrete slab where they have made a den. With a mother, father and 6 babies I am worried about the size of the hole under the slab. He wasn't sure if these are foxes or coyotes. They are grayish in color with a lighter colored chest. OK now to the problem... How do we get rid of these? The neighborhood is too close house wise to shoot them which was my first idea. I think they are too large to trap in my hav-a-hart traps. Poisoning them is likely to cause them to go back to the den and die. That would be a very nasty smell since we could not get in there to get them out. Any ideas? If it matters the house is in Ohio in the Cincinnati area. Lisa Dickerson, you know the area so maybe that info can help. Thanks
