Exactly!!! I should be allowed to have an alcohol fueled 600 inch big block
with a 14-71 on it, as long as the emissions out the back are as good, or
better than what they require for the car.

Can anybody tell me why they check all this crap? Shouldn't they be
concerned w/ the displacement of the motor and what comes out of the
tailpipe? Who cares what else you do to the motor as long as what comes out
of the tail pipe is okay...
Thought I'd throw this out since the political debate seems to be winding
down...
