[BFix] Radius arms

The only significant difference is the spacing of the bolt holes between 
the F Series/Big Bronco vs. the EB.  If you use the same cap/radius arm 
combo you can just use the same coil spring cups, but if you mix and 
match you'll have to drill a hole to make them line up correctly.

Another note, put studs in the holes instead of using bolts.  Much 
easier to get all the parts lined up.
