[BFix] replacing 170 with a 200? 4.0??

The mileage has allways sucked but this thing has plenty of power and when 
she was in HS last year they actually tested her tailpipe emmissions and 
they were lower than several newer vehicles.There are only 2 ways for her to 
get to school and one is the Interstate wich she hates and the back way with 
200 trafic lights so thats why the numbers are so low.Stop and Go and her 
right foot dont help.On the highway it is probally around 17-18 if you keep 
the speed down.My Expedition with the 4.6L gets lots better mileage than the 
Explorer and I can get 20+ on trips and 13 towing my EB.The Exploder has a 
brand new tranny/ TC  in it and 235-75-15 so it is stock.It is only 20 miles 
one way to school also.
