[BFix] A tip for 351C fans

If you need a new distributor, but can't or don't wish to use the 460 (tall)
one, the base, shaft length, etc, for the 351W are the same. You will need
to change the gear to a Cleveland/460. It is within .5" in height of the
stock Cleveland measurement. This means that one can easily adapt to EEC-IV
fuel injection by using a Windsor TFI dizzy and custom intake.
