[BFix] Spybot?? Hijack

I have used Spybot and AdAware both for years with no issues.

Now for the hijack.
What do you all think of the resident Tea Timer and Immunize features in Spybot?
In the past I never ran Tea Timer because I thought it would slow down my system.  I recently enabled it on one of my systems and see no noticeable speed difference.  And how does Immunize work?
