[BFix] IE Virus help??

Hello all,
Ok I am about to give in to these bastards killing my -- the popup is from ie virus scan something and looks like the radiation symbol that someone else was talking about-- nothing is killing this damn thing.  Why cant I just go in and delete it from the computer?
