[BFix] Trans Help

This is for the wifes Bronco. It will see a lot of street time. Should I swap the thin one to the top or will it be fine with the thick on the top? When I took the OEM Bronco spacers out the thin one was on the top. I think someone swaped them out as they look to have been there a long time.

supposed to be thick on top, but switching it will improve rear driveline angle (at the expense of front).

I found a pic here. It shows the thick one on top. http://www.tomsbroncoparts.com/6070.php<http://www.tomsbroncoparts.com/6070.php> I think I will try it this way.

      Thanks Joe,

I got some poly trans mount bushings. Does the thick one go on top or below the transfer case crossmember. The thin one is about 3/4" thick and the thick one is about 1 1/16 " thick. Thanks again.

Assuming you're talking about the rubber bumper that's on the stock
cross-member, it goes toward the back of the EB. IOW, it should touch
(or close to) the transfer case.
