[BFix] EFI Fuel Prssure

It should be about 39PSI at idle and shoot up to near 45PSI as vacuum 
decreases.  That's assuming you have vacuum running to the FPR, if not, 
it'll run around 45PSI at idle and not change as the throttle is pressed.
