[BFix] OT Calf strain

I tore a tricep 80% thru once, black & blue but like a 28" bicep!  That was fun.  Whats a level 3 strain?  Sounds like a doctor trying to make you feel better....

    Anyone ever have a level three calf strain?  Tore mine up tonight and wondering if anyone else on the list has been through this before?
