back up all you documents and type " format C:" at the command prompt.  You ahve the factory disks correct?  Install the OS after its done then any addictional programs (a/v first and get all updates) before u install additional programs.  NEVER download 3-party programs if u dont KNOW who they are (and google the program first).

Hello All,Well with about every security device that the f-ing Pentagon employs protecting my computer I am still being tomented by the ie antivirus software.  Someone recommended rebooting the computer--so how is that done? Thanks,Matt
