[BFix] Backwards fuel rail?

I have the Mustang style upper manifold (plenum on driver's side, throttle body on passenger side), and I currently have the normal Mustang style fuel rail (inlet and outlet connections on passenger side front). I know some applications (Thunderbirds?) have these reversed - fuel inlet/outlet on driver's side).
Anyone know if I can keep this manifold setup and use the fuel rail that has the connections on the driver's side? I'm looking at re-routing my fuel lines, and this would greatly simplify things. It looks like it would clear the manifold if it truly is an exact mirror image of my fuel rail, but not sure exactly how the other fuel rails are shaped.
