I don't think the speedometer/odometer on my bronco is accurate enough to
calculate my fuel mileage. :)

I have gotten in the 17+ range for extended distances, but not often.
Rig was:
1. MAF SEFI Roller 351W with ZF and D20.
2. 4.10 gears.
3. 35" MT/Rs.
4. Full doors and bikini top.
At around 55-60 MPH it would get 18.5-19. The only time I can drive
that was on the way to CA, following Clint's Dad's trailer. They
couldn't get enough tongue weight on it so had to drive slow to stop the
"waggle".
At 65-70 it would average around 17.5 on the highway.
Around town I would get 15.5 on average, but would get .75-1MPG better
with the hard top on.
I'm currently building another with a MAF SEFI Roller 408 stroker, built
AOD (_without_ the lock-up feature), 4.88 gears and 40" MT/Rs. It'll be
interesting to see what it'll get for mileage!!
