[BFix] Centech delay wiper trouble

False alarm,  mostly dead battery. Problem solved.

By the way, I used Lars Pedersen right up on the proper way to do this.  Two snags though. 1. Most of the colors on my intermittent switch did not match Lars. 2. Centech has changed wire colors since the writeup.  However the comments about jumpering the orange wire and not using the stop wire was invaluable.

Trying to finally get my centech install finished and have figured out everything but this. I am trying to use the centech harness with a ford delay switch. I have everything working including the wiper washer. But High speed acts like low and low acts like super slow mo!?  Can't figure this out.

Anybody have this trouble before?
