[BFix] Backwards fuel rail?

Scott, you can use the other style of fuel rails to swap the inlet to 
another location; however, you'll run into issues where the FPR is, it 
WILL NOT fit under the upper plenum.  IF you use about a 1" phenolic 
spacer it should fit, but otherwise won't.  That's why the fuel rails 
are different, to allow the FPR clearance, notice it sits beside the TB 
in both instances.
