[BFix] Never Use Lock Washers-Crank Pulley Question

I have one of these "clamp kits" as well.  Bought it MANY years ago at 
the Off Road Expo in Pomona.  So long ago in fact that I think it was 
still called the SCORE Show at the time.  They are a little tricky to 
get right but once you get the hang of it they are a snap.  We recently 
bought some of these at work (USMC/Civil Service) for our cable shop.
