7" is stock from the bottom of the frame to the top of the axle tube-- not the bumpstop or bumpstop pad. Suggestion is to put a straight edge on the bottom of the frame and measure up to get an exact number.

Need to know what lift these springs are and I recall Chuck or someone posting a measurement from the frame. Of course I didn't need it at the time and now I do.
