windshield glass dimensions

Post by Stan » Sun Oct 13, 2019 11:08 am

Does anyone know what the accepted/ agreed on dimensions of the windshield glass is ? I replaced mine 15 years ago and it seems everytime i work with it and the seal the glass is too small to make a snug fit.

I found these measurements on two different sources ; so they're either both right or both wrong.
Top 53 3/4'
Bottom 56 1/8"
height 16 1/2 "

I have a new windshield frame to install... when I get around to that project, i can cut the glass out of the old frame and give you its measurement.
